Job Description:
As an Email Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our email marketing campaigns. Your primary goal will be to increase engagement, drive conversions, and grow our subscriber base. You should have a strong understanding of email marketing strategies, automation tools, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and events
• Create and manage email templates, newsletters, and promotional content
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on results
• Manage subscriber lists, segment audiences, and ensure data quality
• A/B test different strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure email messages align with brand guidelines
• Stay updated on email marketing best practices and trends

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Email Marketer or similar role
• Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or SendGrid
• Strong understanding of email marketing principles, segmentation, and automation
• Knowledge of HTML and basic design skills for creating email templates
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with marketing automation tools
